The recovery suite can be booked for yourself of shared with a friend.
Sweat out the toxins and cleanse yourself in our infrared sauna. Then reenergise, repair and recover in an ice bath.

FAQ's
What should I wear and bring?
For the sauna, we recommend wearing swimwear.
For Ice Bath, men should wear shorts and women should wear swimwear. Please bring a towel to dry off as well as sit on in the Sauna.
We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Do you do ‘one off’ sessions?
You can purchase drop-in sessions or our membership packs – whatever suits your routine.
Monthly memberships are more cost effective and better for consistent recovery benefits.
We always recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.
Do I need to be a member of the gym to use the Recovery Suite?
No. Although our members do receive priority booking and discounted offers, longer open hours, if you just wish to use the Recovery Suite and are a member of another gym, this is fine.
How do I book an appointment?
Most bookings are made via our mobile app (momence) - we recommend downloading the momence app once you have bought your first membership. You can also book through our website, call us directly, or email us at cura@cuttingfitness.co.uk.
What are your opening hours?
Members of our gym:
6am - 10pm everyday.
Non gym members:
Mon - Fri: 8am–8pm
Sat & Sun: 8am–12pm
Do you have changing rooms and showers available?
Yes – within the Recovery Suite itself there is a shower and changing area.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before your session to avoid losing the session.
