Cutting Fitness Treatments

OUR TREATMENTS:

SPORTS MASSAGE

o 30 Minutes
OR
o 45 Minutes

Recommended: Every 4-6 weeks to maintain optimal movement function for average gym goer. Weekly for athletes frequently training and participating to achieve peak performance.

BODY RESET

o 1 Hour Upper/lower body
OR
o 90 Minutes Full body 

 

​Treatment involves analysing the anatomical movement of the full body.
From analyses, most effective modality will be selected to increase mobility and stimulate the body. Modalities used in the treatment include:
- Deep & soft tissues massages
- PNF stretching
- Joint mobilisation and articulation
- Cupping
- Trigger pointing

Recommended: Monthly to maintain optimal movement function and to
stay on top of your mobility.

INITIAL INJURY ASSESSMENT

o 1 Hour 

Tests will be conducted to diagnose injury/ issue and treatment will be
done (if appropriate) for the remaining appointment time. From the
diagnosis, aftercare / rehabilitation plan will be made. 

Future appointments will be recommended to follow up efficient aftercare.

INJURY FOLLOW UP

o 30 Minutes

PLEASE ONLY BOOK IF YOU HAVE HAD THE INITIAL INJURY ASSESSMENT COMPLETE.

Further testing will be done in this session to assess progression and
improvement in injury. If needed, progressed aftercare will be given to
client.
