SPORTS MASSAGE

Recommended: Every 4-6 weeks to maintain optimal movement function for average gym goer. Weekly for athletes frequently training and participating to achieve peak performance.

Further testing will be done in this session to assess progression and
improvement in injury. If needed, progressed aftercare will be given to
client.

MEET SUE

Sue is our in-house, fully qualified message therapist who has been practicing since 2006. Having qualified from the Clare Maxwell-Hudson School of Massage in London with a deploma in Holistic Massage, and continued her Sport Massage at The Wilbury School of Massage in Brighton qualifying in 2009. Sue has also recently qualified in Reflexology which is a great complementary therapy to run along sports massages.
